Brick Breaker collects no data. No analytics, no ads, no tracking, no accounts. Your game progress is stored only on your device. The app works entirely offline.
Brick Breaker ("the App") is developed and operated by Deve Apps (deve.net). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
The App does not collect any personal information. We do not request, store, or transmit any personally identifiable data such as your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers.

The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. No data is shared with external parties.
We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any data to any third party — because we do not collect any data in the first place. There are no data brokers, no advertising networks, no affiliates, and no business partners that receive information from this App.
All game progress and settings are stored locally on your device using iOS's secure storage API (UserDefaults). This system is protected by the device's built-in encryption and sandboxing — only the App itself can read this data, and no other app on your device can access it.
Your game progress and settings are retained only as long as the App is installed on your device. To delete this data, simply uninstall the App — all locally stored data is permanently deleted automatically. Since we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to delete from any server.
The App functions entirely offline. No internet connection is required to play, and the App does not transmit any data over the network.
The App is suitable for all ages and is appropriate for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Since no personal data is collected from any user at all, no special provisions or parental consent mechanisms are required.
