Stock Market Hours Tracker collects no personal data. No analytics, no ads, no tracking, no accounts. Your favorites, notifications, and settings are stored only on your device. The app works entirely offline — all exchange hours and timezone data are built in.
Stock Market Hours Tracker ("the App") is developed and operated by Deve Apps (deve.net). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
The App does not collect any personal information. We do not request, store, or transmit any personally identifiable data such as your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers.
The App stores the following information only on your device using the operating system's secure local storage (UserDefaults on iOS, SharedPreferences on Android):
This data never leaves your device and is automatically deleted when you uninstall the App.
If you enable opening notifications, the App schedules local alerts on your device to inform you when a selected exchange opens.

The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. All exchange hours, timezone information, and market data are bundled within the App at build time.
We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any data to any third party — because we do not collect any data in the first place. There are no data brokers, no advertising networks, no affiliates, and no business partners that receive information from this App.
All preferences are stored locally on your device using the operating system's secure storage APIs (UserDefaults on iOS, SharedPreferences on Android). These systems are protected by the device's built-in encryption and sandboxing — only the App itself can read this data, and no other app on your device can access it.
Your preferences (favorites, notification settings, theme) are retained only as long as the App is installed on your device. There are three ways to delete this data:

The App functions entirely offline. No internet connection is required to use it, and the App does not transmit any data over the network. Tapping a link inside the App (such as a developer website link) will open your default browser, at which point your browser's own privacy policy applies.
The App is suitable for all ages and is appropriate for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Since no personal data is collected from any user at all, no special provisions or parental consent mechanisms are required.
If you believe that a child has somehow provided us with personal information through the App, please contact us at app@deve.net and we will investigate and take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, new App features, or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date at the top. If we make material changes that affect how we handle your data, we will provide a more prominent notice — such as a notification within the App on next launch.
